An Elegant Shaker Kitchen with Metro Tiles
We had architect drawings to follow for the installation of this new open plan kitchen in Bonnyrigg, Midlothian. Initially our kitchen team gutted and stripped out the old dated kitchen. Our builders safely installed the required lintel, then dismantled the brick wall, increasing the size of the kitchen dramatically.
The plumbing and electrics were all upgraded to meet current safety regulations. Our kitchen designer handled the planning and prepared a 3D visual, helping our clients to choose their new Shaker kitchen, with wood effect laminate worktops.
The retro metro white tiles were recommended and installed by our tiler, keeping the look of the kitchen simple and elegant. Our kitchen team installed new French doors, replacing the existing windows to flood the kitchen with natural light.
To finish the job, our decorators coated the walls with Farrow & Ball paint. Our clients were really pleased with the final result, as were we! Though our clients didn’t know what they wanted when we started the job, they worked closely with our experts throughout the project to achieve their dream kitchen.
